Reset atd command counter

For this - edit the file /var/spool/cron/atjobs/.SEQ and restart the daemon:

systemctl restart atd

The at counter is in Hex and counts 5 digit so that brings to a max count of 1048574 (ffffe). When the max count is reached, the counter reset automatically to 0
